Do I need an account?
Not for the free tier. You need one to start the 10-day trial, buy Premium, or use a Premium feature. Sign in with Discord, Google or Steam in your browser; the app never asks for a password.
Can I link more than one sign-in?
Yes, and you should. Discord, Google and Steam all sign in to the same account, so losing one does not lock you out. You link another from the account page while signed in.
I can no longer sign in. What now?
Three ways back, strongest first. Sign in with your other linked provider. Or sign in with a new account on a PC you used before, and the app offers to recover your old account there. Or contact support with your order reference and the email you paid with.
Plans
What does the free tier include?
Everything in the feature list that is marked Free: browsing, importing and comparing setups, the quick fuel calculator, the Spotter page, the session list and results, the live lap delta, all HUD widgets, Lap Times, App Manager, the last 30 days of statistics and one championship. What happens when my plan ends?
Premium features stop. The free tier keeps working, and app updates stay free on every plan.
Are there automatic charges?
No. Yearly is one payment for 365 days. Renewing early adds a year to your current end date, so nothing is lost.
Can I use Premium commercially?
Yes, on every plan: leagues, broadcasters and teams.
Using the app
Can I use Premium on two PCs?
One PC is active at a time. Open the app on the other PC and choose "Use Premium on this PC". The first PC loses Premium at its next check.
Does my data leave my PC?
Setups, telemetry, history, replays and the lap library are never uploaded. The account only holds what the privacy policy lists.
Which games does it support?
Le Mans Ultimate.
Is the TV Director for driving?
No. It switches cameras for spectating a session.
Data
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from the account page or in the app. You confirm by signing in again. Premium stops at once, and any remaining yearly time or a Lifetime plan is lost and not refunded. The deletion completes after 14 days, and signing in before then cancels it.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. "Download my data" on the account page gives you a JSON file with everything held for your account.
