App Manager

Start and stop your companion apps together with your game.

Le Mans Ultimate running, with a companion app started alongside it.

Primary apps and companions

Add an app by dragging its .exe or .lnk onto the window, by picking it from the apps the manager detects (running, Steam, Start Menu, taskbar), or by browsing to it. Mark a game as the primary app, and link other apps to it as companions.

Pick from detected apps, or browse. Shown on the Steam tab.

Start and stop together

When the primary app is detected running, its companions start on their own. When the primary app closes, they stop, unless you have switched that off for that app.

Options per app

Launch arguments, working directory, Auto-Start, Keep Alive (restart if the app closes or crashes), Run as Administrator, and Start in Background (minimised, without taking focus).

A companion app, linked to its primary app.

Good to know

  • For a primary app, Auto-Start means "when App Manager starts". It does not mean "when the game starts". Companions follow their primary app.
